I.Younger Students (General Admission)
The admission in TCV schools is accepted strictly for exceptional cases where the need is absolutely necessary based on recommendations from the Tibetan settlement Representative, Welfare Officers, Rawang Denpai sokchong Governmental agencies, NGO of local areas. The admission committee of TCV Head Office accordingly decides cases with further verification and scrutiny. The priority is given to orphan children, children from Tibet, needy and destitute children and children on Full Fees and donors.
II. Older Students
Admission: Only newly arrived children from Tibet will be admitted at TCV School, Suja(HP) by Head Office at TCV Dharamsala as per the policy and proper verification and screening from the TCV admission Office. The age of the children will be ranging from 14 to 17 years.
Admission Timing:
TCV H/0 Admission Office will monitor and coordinate admission with the Reception Office, CTA and send children to TCV Suja periodically in sizable groups and not at random so that OC classes can run as smooth as possible. Academic year demarcation: Those admitted during the First Term will have completed OC I course within that year. The school will use its discretion depending on the merit of each case for those admitted during the Second Term. Those admitted during the Third Term will repeat OC I course unless special cases meriting exception.
